Change or cancel an order

You need JavaScript enabled to view it quoting all relevant information along with your contact details. You will be contacted between 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday normally within 24hrs.
If you decided to cancel custom made goods for any reason, it is unlikely that we can sell it to another customer at full selling price and therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the order price.
Delivery
Each product on the web site will specify the normal delivery time. Our sales team will contact you and arrange a suitable day for the delivery to take place.
Standard delivery within the UK is FREE – goods are delivered between 9.00am – 6.00pm on an agreed day between Monday and Friday using the DHL Nationwide Delivery Service.
International deliveries to Belgium, France, Germany or the Netherlands is available via the web site and costs £25.00 per item. You may wish for the goods to be delivered before noon on the day and this will be at an additional cost of £9.50 per parcel – subject to service availability.
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time. If you find that you have to leave the house and the courier arrives during that time, they will a) attempt a delivery the following day b) leave a card to confirm an attempted delivery. You should then call the local depot to rearrange the delivery directly with them.
Delivery timescales are specified on the relevant pages on our website. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Dutailier shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Damage Claims
Each Dutailier product is carefully inspected before it leaves the factory.
If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please contact 020 8238 6962 as soon as possible or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and certainly within 7 days otherwise this may mean refusal of your claim.
Our customer services will then contact you and then arrange a suitable collection time for the courier and to arrange delivery of the replacement goods.
Refund Policy
When you buy online or by phone, you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means if you as the purchaser notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving it, we’ll refund you for the purchase. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item while it’s in your possession, and it’s returned unused.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packing is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The cost of returning goods to us will be borne by you.
A full refund will be given within 30days when the product has been received back at our warehouse and inspected to ensure it is in resaleable condition.
We are unable to refund or exchange custom made goods unless they’re faulty.
Warranty Policy of Dutailier Products
Dutailier products are guaranteed free from factory defects for a period of Two Years from date of purchase by the original consumer. Warranty policies are attached to each Chair and Stool. All receipts must be retained to establish warranty rights.
